Steve Rhodes
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Rhodes brings an extensive background in financial marketing, sales and business development to the Virtual Ports Board of Directors, with experience that spans over 20 years. In 1993, Mr. Rhodes co-founded The Trendlines Group, a leading Israeli Business Development and Marketing consulting firm for seed and early stage companies. In 2004, he established the Trendlines Israel Fund Venture that invests in the companies of the Misgav Venture Accelerator, including Virtual Ports. Prior to founding Trendlines, he joined SRD Medical as the company's Chief Financial Officer, later becoming Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He served as Deputy Manager of Bank Leumi International Division in Israel. Mr. Rhodes serves as chairman of the Mofet Venture Accelerator and as a director in numerous public and private companies. Mr. Rhodes holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's of Science from Harvard Universit.

Paul Rocheleau
Virginia Life Science Investments (VLSI), Chairman and Chief Investment Officer.
Mr. Rocheleau brings a broad range of business leadership experience with small technology companies and global multi-national corporations coupled with extensive knowledge of recapitalization, licensing and M&A transactions. Prior to his position at VLSI, Mr. Rocheleau served as Managing Partner at Cary Street Partners, where he provided advisory services for a range of privately held businesses from technology start-ups to industrial and service companies. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Albemarle Corporation (2002-2005) and Chief Executive Officer of Albright and Wilson (1996-2000), both complex global public corporations. In these positions he developed expertise in public equity offerings, recapitalizations, joint venture formation and acquisitions, often creating the strategic objective and negotiating transactions in complex circumstances.
Mr. Rocheleau holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Virginia (Darden School) where he was an Abbott Scholar, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
